Kathmandu, 29 January 1984 Dear God Father, I thank you so much for your long and interesting letter which I was received on 28th January 84. I was really glad to know that all are well and in good health. In the mean time Chokey was always worrying about you because of the late reply. By the way, the winter season in Nepal is really chilly cold and during a few month back the road between Lhasa and Nepal was blocked with snowfall. Therefore Chokey has cancelled her trip to Lhasa unluckely. Now-a-day Kesang Dorje is growing fast and he is very active. Specially when we show him your photos he is so happy tp watch them and talk about you all. Can you imagine that Kesang is always wearing the local photo together with Anke and when we try to take it off he gets furious. Here we all are fine and we try to write you soon.
